Anemia: According to the values you stated, the Hgb is actually very low and requires further work up. You are anemic and it has to be determined first for the source of the bleeding or low production of blood and if its chronic or acute. A primary care physician can order more tests for you to determine if it's chronic or acute. Addiotionally you may need a colonoscopy to determine and a stool sample
