I went to the doctor two days ago for sore throat and congestion, I was given amoxicillin but now I chest congestion, phlegm, and productive cough.
I had strep throat with a middle ear infection for 18 days. I completed an amoxicillin course of 20 tablets, and because of the middle ear I had to do myringotomy too, but even after that I still have a phlegm cough , and sore throat. Is this serious?
