I had strep a and took amoxicillin started feeling better quit taking them and ever since i've been getting tired and almost faint feeling my lungs and chest hurt if out of breath or breathing cold air so what would you say it is?

Failing to complete the full course of meds for a confirmed (test) strep sets you up for complications of strep disease. Go back to your doc. It may be something simple, or something serious.
