Paracodin: It can take up to 20 hours for Paracodin to fully leave your body. The earlier you drink alcohol before that, the riskier the prospect when it comes to coordination issues like dizziness, which will impact walking and especially driving. The two together also depresses the body’s drive to breathe, which isn’t as much of an issue while you’re awake, but is more so when you fall asleep.
