What would be a non-painful way to remove oral warts in an 8 year old child?

?? oral ??: In decades in medicine I have never seen or heard of a kid with warts inside his mouth. They do occasionally end up on the vocal cords & are removed by lasers under anesthesia. Outside the mouth they are just like any other warts. All procedures for removal involve pain because the skin around them is sensitive. Freezing, cutting, chemical dissolving all are available. Best done by dermatologists
