Up to you: Tamiflu will often stop the reproduction of the flu virus in the patient & lead to rapid decline of fever. The response is comforting . However, without conformation you will not know. Flu remains contagious for 7 days from first fever so to know if you need to keep him/her out of school you may need to. Completing a full treatment course with Tamiflu would also still be needed.
