I have headache from 1 month. doc orderd mri without contrast.came back normal with 0.3cm sinus infection in maxilary.should i have mri with contrast?

H/a x 1 m- sinusitis: Consider treating sinusitis -see if resolution. The major lesion seen on contrast is aneurysm. MRI is very detailed so you can see many vascular aneurysms in non contrast MRI ( > 4 mm),. and they can do non contrast time of flight 3T MRA as well. The gold standard is digital substraction angiography. F/u w doc Also check c- spine, eyes, lyme dx and subclinical herpes( acyclovir)
