Headaches can be challenging and frustrating many times as no addressable cause is found and they are treated as such, under the migraine spectrum. Your best chance remains a neurologist specializing in headache, so that the work up is completed and treatment started accordingly. Among common causes easily missed vision issues and sleep apnea have to be ruled out.

Glad your images are normal, but these do not rule out the majority of causes for headaches, such as migraine, tension cephalgia, or even giant cell arteritis. Yes, you would benefit from neurological consult. Your coffee once daily is fine and no need to modify.
