Hysterectomy on 12/2017 report came back benign for malignancy but had a patchy positive p16 and a ki67 focally minimally increased? confused?

Hyster: Given hysrectomy and cancer not found I am not sure of what markers mean. However the hysterectomy removes any suspicious tissue. Although you should ask your gynecologist, I would not worry.

Path report: It sounds like you are reading a pathology report. These are types of stains that pathologist use to evaluate for cancer. You can schedule a follow up visit with your surgeon to go over the report but it appears that it was benign for malignancy.
