Possibly: Low back pain can be a sign of cancer recurrence; however low back pain is also a typical ailment affecting millions of people. A simple ct scan of the the abdomen and pelvis would help answer the question.

Worry-no;concern-yes: There are countless benign causes for back pain, but follow-up with your gyn oncologist is a good idea.
