What are good ways to drop pounds and stick to your diet?

Veggies: Eat as much from fresh vegetables, then fruits as you can- they are low in calories and high in nutrients. They make you feel full without contributing a lot of calories to your diet. Aim for 5-7 fresh fruits and veggies a day. To stick to your diet, find out what is the motivating factor for you. Its different for everyone. For some its looks, others its health. Dont forget to have protein.
