Isometric exercises: Weight loss is achieved by increasing energy/caloric expenditure and decreasing caloric intake, a negative caloric balance. The combination of diet, exercise and/or restrictive surgery procedures all achieve negative caloric balance. If you can't exercise then do isometrics.
