I took a 325 bayer at 7-8pm for pain.. can i take tylenol (acetaminophen) or aleve now or ibuprofen?

The other medications do overlap with Aspirin for their action both in lowering pain/inflammation and also in effects on blood vessel (sl. increased fluid retention; interferes with aspirin's protection from heart attack/stroke) and on ulcers (they all add up). Aspirin goes fast
