Every month i get right ovary pressure when walking or moving around ovulation time. can this indicate scarring from endometriosis?

Maybe: It might indicate endometriosis scarring, but more likely since it occurs at or around the time of ovulation is that the ovary with the ovulatory cysts are being "felt" more sensitively. Your GYN MD can perform laparoscopy to assess this issue if this becomes an ongoing concern.
