Buttock sores: Likely folliculitis and the blood may have been from scratching. Alternatively could be bites, that are infected . May benefit from washing 2x a day with Hibiclens (do not get into mucus membranes or the gluteal crack). may also benefit from topical antibiotics like mupirocin and oral antibiotics. Should also consider may be eczema ( topical steroids) or fungal ( topical meds). F/u/ w/ doc
