Blood clots: Blood clots do not usually present as lumps in the leg. More likely cause would be fatty tumors or cysts. Would recommend evaluation by your doctor.

Several things: Blood clots rarely present as painless lumps..An ultrsound study in a surgeon's office should allay your fears.
