My husband has a 102.8 fever and other symptoms of the flu. hes currently taking zoloft. what over the counter medication can he take?

Acetaminophen: He may take acetaminophen to reduce the fever, should drink plenty of water,and fruit juice to stay hydrated. If the fever does not abate in a day or so, or if he develops breathing problems, or has changes in mental alertness, it would be prudent to see a doctor.
