hi. i have been taking 16mg betahistine 3 times a day for 4 days now and seem to be getting quite bad headaches around an hour after taking them. ?

Stop it: You get adverse reaction from a drug, it is a warning that you should not be taking it. If you are taking it for nasal congestion from an allergy, a nasal steroid will likely be more effective without the potential side effects of betahistine.
