Advil (ibuprofen): If so far you had no reaction from , unlikely you will react later, few do, but one can't tell who will, better be cautious though with all NSAIDs and aspirin, if you have asthma, some asthmatics do react and get asthma flare ups when exposed to NSAIDs, try acetaminophen instead, you need to be evaluated though for the cause of your headaches, could be your sinuses, see an allergist, good luck
