Abd pain/infection?: Bactrim is an excellent treatment for most urinary tract infections, but not all will respond to this particular antibiotic. Abdominal pain and bloating after taking Bactrim might indicate you have another type of bacterial infection. See your gyn for an exam and other treatment.
