Been treated for kidney infection with bactrim for 5 days, now had 4 doses of cipro. still no better, having terrible abdominal and back pain.

Kidney Stone?: You need to see a doctor. Depending on the location and symptoms you may have something else going on besides a urinary tract infection. Could be a kidney stone, but without further evaluation it's difficult to say.
