See a physician: Nothing against chiropractors but the rash and lymph nodes are not in their field of expertise and should be evaluated by a physician. If the chiropractor has been unable to help with the neck and shoulder discomfort i would take any imaging he/she has done and seek an opinion for an orthopedic doctor. Could be just soft tissue injury or maybe a small fracture. Please see an md for evaluation.

See a doctor: Chiropractic therapy is good for alignment or soft tissue manipulation. If you have rash burn, swollen lymph nodes, i recommend you seeing a doctor. You need to have work ups for these symptoms. Please don't ignore them and blame the injury for them.
