Lower back pain : Pain coming from the lower back to the thigh. Could be Sciatica Hip pain Knee pain. You need to be checked by a doctor. You. Can still try Advil, Motrin( ibuprofen) if you have no high blood pressure or kidney problems. Otherwise you try Tylenol. Also physiotherapy is a good option.

Radiculopathy: This symptom of sciatic type pain can be from a bulging disc, slipped disc or spinal stenosis, Incorrect walking will aggravate the problem, but I don't encourage bed rest either. You could take anti-inflammatory medication like ibuprofen or naproxen. Symptoms often resolve after days or a few weeks. An MRI would be helpful in making the diagnosis. See orthopedic specialist, neurologist, neurosurg
