Sciatica: 23y fem. w. unilateral sciatica does not mention mechanical injury or low back pain; disk injury unlikely. Pyriformis Syndrome & sacroiliac joint, SIJ, disorder to be considered. Underlying Joint Hypermobility Syndrome, JHS, might be etiologic; as would SIJ ligament injury via childbirth. Extreme sports & pratfalls w. JHS potentiation of pelvic injury is possible.
