Sciatica: 23y fem. w. unilateral sciatica does not mention mechanical injury or low back pain; disk injury unlikely. Pyriformis Syndrome & sacroiliac joint, SIJ, disorder to be considered. Underlying Joint Hypermobility Syndrome, JHS, might be etiologic; as would SIJ ligament injury via childbirth. Extreme sports & pratfalls w. JHS potentiation of pelvic injury is possible. On my Right side it hurts from the hip all the way down to my calf muscles. The pain is worse on the inner part of the thigh near the hip and groin area. I can't stand or walk cause the pain is beyond a 10 on the scale.. Any ideas what it could be?
