Hello, I received an antibiotic for a really bad UTI for five days and today Im due to take the last one. Im still having issues feeling like I have to pee and lower pain in my left pelvic area. My urine looks clear. No sure how to proceed?

I have never gotten utis, but this past year I get them almost every other month. Only symptom is strong smelling urine. Culture comes back negative, but antibiotics cure the smell. What could be cause them to reoccur ?
