For the past week my feet keep falling asleep overnight. I wake up to one being numb. I sleep on my back and have never had this before.
I did a lot of moving and lifting (Moving into a new home) , I noticed this morning that the outside edge of my pinky toe is numb , feels like its asleep, no pain. I also have planter fasciitis in the same foot. Related? or maybe a irritated nerve?

There was numbness, like went a foot falls asleep, except painless in one half of my brain. It lasted around 10 seconds and then affected a small part of my arm, then stopped seconds later as I tapped my brain lightly.
