GET IT CHECKED: You are describing neuropathy. Neuropathy has many causes, the diabetes is one of the most common. If he has not been checked for this, i highly recommend it. Neurologists and physiatrists can do noninvasive studies to identify this. It can be treated, but is always best in no what the source is.
