Podiatrist: It would be very worthwhile for you to have a complete foot evaluation by a podiatrist. Your problems may be from chronic irritation/inflammation causing hyperkeratosis of the skin, but corns, excessively dry skin and fungal infection are other possibilities. In addition to accurate diagnosis you'll receive instructions on proper footwear and foot care in general and appropriate treatment.
