Shouldn't: As a general rule no liquid/lotion/ointment you put on your skin has anything absorbed to a degree it would enter the blood. If it doesn't enter the blood it can't get to baby. Rubbing alcohol is a drying agent and I can't see how it would benefit anyone with acne. Some use it as a mild cleanser & then moisturize.
