64 male, in icu, 6-hour slow dialysis. complete kidney failure, moderate pericardial eff. ef around 15%. reports available, suggest treatment?

Daily dialysis: This patient is in a high risk category for dialysis since EF is 15% due to CHF or recent severe MI. BP must be low, and now he has pericardial effusion. He will need daily dialysis, some albumin will improve BP and will help removal of fluid due to faster fluid movement from the interstitial space to the vascular space.
