Why do my hands still smell of cleaning products after i wash them? are they clean?

Certain chemicals: will seep deep into the epidermis/dermis and leave an ongoing odor ( bleach, ammonia, chlorine etc. A simple solution is to use a fresh lemon, warm water and soap together.
