Anti-histamine: Red itchy watery eyes, itchy nose, sneezing, and itchy throat can all be symptoms of allergic rhinitis or hayfever. You can try over-the-counter antihistamines such as Diphenhydramine or Cetirizine to alleviate those symptoms. Symptoms that persist or are severe should be seen promptly by a medical professional.
