I had an upper respiratory bacterial infection 2 weeks ago. took 2 x 5 days antibiotics. infection is gone. glands in my neck swollen and sensitive.

Adenoids: Your lymphnodes are swollen as a response to your infection.. This may persist for a few weeks. NSAID and fluids. This should resolve. However, if persistent for more than another two weeks or if fever or worseinng pain get checked.
