Maybe. Maybe not.: A typical pimple on a forehead does not cause a headache, unless a person is really, really unlucky and the pimple somehow spread its bacteria deep into the forehead or head... which almost never happens. Most likely, the headache has nothing to do with the one pimple. If a headache is persistent or worrisome, a patient should get checked by her primary care doctor.
