Treat anxiety: Your sx seem to be caused by high anxiety. Medications such as ssris [prozac, lexapro, (escitalopram) zoloft, celexa] and low dose benzos [klonopin] might provide rapid relief. You also need talk therapy to identify and treat the causes of your stress.
