Possible hormones: Pimples and headaches can be caused by many different things. If they occurred at the same time it is possible they have the same cause but it is not very likely. If they are related they both could be caused by hormone imbalance. It is important to have your headaches evaluated by your primary care physician to make sure there is no serious condition causing them.

Need exam: The headaches could be migraines. You didn't say if you have that as a history. Sounds as if they're not well controlled. As far as the pimples are concerned...I assume you're referring to acne? A simple cleansing protocol for the skin may work but if this is highly unusual for you then, an exam by dermatology is in order. Likewise, for the headaches if necessary see headache specialist.
