Gluten: Gluten intolerance or sensitivity, lactose intolerance and irritable bowel syndrome can cause these symptoms. Try avoiding gluten to see if symptoms improve. Bear in mind that if you're going to be tested for celiac disease you should continue to eat wheat and gluten products or else your test may be falsely negative.
