Consultant said meninges spine cancer from multiple intradural tumors without option of surgery.not spread.had ct scan for pains in back in april 2017 normal said started after the ct scan ,i thought this type takes years to develop ,was it missed?

Impossible: to say without reviewing the images. However, CT is not the most sensitive test to detect intradural spinal lesions, and particularly if the CT was performed without contrast, they may not have been visible. But again, the only way to answer your question would be to review the images.
