Adderol is not considered to have any Parkinsonian adverse effects, but could cause tremors in susceptible people. Not feasible to comment on a mix of Adderol and Paxil, in absence of understanding of your problems. Might suggest a lengthy discussion with your doctor, or even a second opinion with a psychiatrist.

Dx: gad &add. Paxil(3 wks) + adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine). Have anxiety related tremor, so take ativan prn (usu 2x/day). Tremor persists when Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) not taken. Options?
