Get an eye exam: I'm not sure what you mean by things. If they are visual hallucinations they could be related to psychosis. However, if it's flashes and floaters you need to have an exam by an ophthalmologist to make sure your retina is OK. If it's occurring in both eyes it may be ocular migraine. Start with the eye exam.

Very unlikely: Suicide and extremely severe drug side effects or overdoses are almost the only ways a person can die from psychosis. That said, you might benefit from a re-evaluation of the medications effectiveness and an addition of psychotherapy to help you manage and understand your symptoms. Deadly Psychosis?: "Psychosis," in and of itself, is a symptom. Many things that can cause psychosis, both mental and physical. Seeing things, is probably a Visual Hallucination, which is also considered a symptom. When psychosis is determined to be part of a Disorder, that's when a treatment plan is to be developed. We cannot really diagnose you here. You really need to ask your Psychiatrist about your concerns.
