I have pericoronitis on my left wisdom tooth, but i have a swollen lymph node on the right side of neck isn't it suppose to be on the left side?

Unlikely Cause: I think it would be unlikely that the swelling would be on the opposite side. I normally see that the lymph nodes drain from the side of the problem. Are you aware if there is a wisdom tooth under the surface on the right side? There are other causes for a swollen lymph node, too.
