Premature labor: With contractions this close together you need to go to Labor and Deliver now to be evaluated. Anything over 6 an hour at your stage of pregnancy requires evaluation to determine if this is false labor or premature labor, so go now please.

Cramps: It sound like you are having contractions. You need to make sure you stay well hydrated and have small frequent meals to help with the nausea. Let your OB know what is happening, they may put you on bed rest and or IV fluids to stop this. It is still too soon, you want to try to be at least past 32 weeks before delivery to ensure proper development of the lungs. Good luck
