+ drug test: Interesting - Currently under federal law URINE is the ONLY specimen allowed and only 5 classes of drug/metabolites opiates, amphetamines, PCP, cocaine and marijuana. Methadone would NOT be detected under this scenario. Saliva testing would NOT show cross reaction between heroin & methadone. I would insist on a repeat. Ask to see the report and confirmatory results - good luck
