I have a dormant bakers cyst which is now flaring up, causing knee discomfort. can acupuncture cure it?

No: The presence of a Baker's cyst does not automatically mean it is the cause of the knee pain. Thge cyst is usually related to underlying osteoathritis and this is more likely the cause of the pain. Acupuncture will not help.
