Exam needed: These symptoms warrant an examination by your gynecologist. Persistence of abdominal pain is worrisome. Associated vaginal bleeding points to a pelvic cause although it may be a red herring and other intraabdominal or nonpelvic pathology such as appendicitis has to be considered. Referral to a general surgeon may be recommended after the gyn examination

Pain &vaginal bleed: it appears you are bleeding vaginal and have pain. May be miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy . Go to ER now.
