Need to examine: Any abnormal bleeding needs to be evaluated by a doctor. Piles can bleed like you described and make you anemia. It would be prudent to see your doctor at your earliest. As a preventive measure start taking oral iron and multivitamins to avoid getting anemic. Wish you good health!
