I have been bleeding vaginally for 2 months massive pain in abdomen and lower back i had to have blood transfusion and hemo is back down to 7.0 ?

Transfusion needed: vaginal bleeding caused by an array of different pathologioc processes. This must be corrected and HgB brought back to a 12gm level. If primary path proves to be endometrial a hysterectomy is essential with this type of bleed. If vaginal lesion or rectal lesion present invading vagina, tumor resected needed. A good pelvic, pelvic US and pelvic scan needed to define the cause.
