Burning stomach cram: May be gastritis/GERD w/ or without H pylori a bacteria- ranitidine/ prevacid can help gastritis/GERD- H pylori needs antibiotics. May be esophagitis ranitidine / prevacid helps or eosinophilic esophagitis Eosinophilic esophagitis is food allergy related- steroids or other drugs may help. If spasm may be gallbladder- ultrasound can diagnose f/u w/ gastroenterology
