I am experiencing extreme stomach pains like cramps, changing position. when i go to the toilet only blood comes out and a bit burning. kindly advise what might be a problem as i was suspecting ulcers?

The cause can be non-cancerous, such as hemorrhoids or an anal fissure (often related to constipation), stomach ulcer, duodenal ulcer, etc... The cause can also be colo-rectal or anal cancer, which are serious.
