Port placement: assuming its not tender or draining it may be a small fluid collection (seroma) or a reaction to the suture material used to close the incision. I would monitor it - if it becomes tender or red or draining contact the doctor that did the procedure. In the mean time try warm compresses and it may resolve.

Catheter: That "lump" may be the catheter under the skin. It is tunneled from the port on your chest wall up to the vein in your neck, where it enters the bloodstream. Depending on the particulars of the procedure, you may be feeling the catheter itself. Nothing to worry about! If you develop redness, drainage or fever you should get it looked at right away.
